Functional Analyst

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse and solve request to determine requirements and viable solutions with an efficient and permananent solution..

  • Act as a coordination point for various IT members located in same or different geographic locations for ensuring end to end closure of the issue and ensuring compliance with IT process. 

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and service partners to get things done

  • Follow through ad-hoc request, incident, change ticket, enhancement and project with global standard

  • Responsible for business process mapping , defining requirements, functional design, presentation, documentation, testing, training and execution

  • Support Go To Market function in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea on SAP, CRM, BI, EDI, Legacy Applications, websites, mobile apps, etc

  • Location: Ngau Tau Kok

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sizable company with SAP practical experience

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in large-scale project implementation

  • Knowledge in CRM, Business Intelligence, Cloud Application, Google Application, Mobile App, Advanced SQL Queries and other Programming Languages are an added advantage.

  • Driven through change in a complex and challenging environment

  • Demonstration of working in a matrix team - across a range of IT teams focused on delivering the best outcome on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards

  • Strong communication, people management and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Occasional travelling to China and other countries are required

Receptionist and Shop Ambassador

Major Responsibility:

  • Perform daily operations at reception in professional manner

  • Greet visitors and handle queries with all-round understanding of the office / showroom

  • Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mails

  • Support office administrative works including the managing of office supplies, maintenance of office equipments

  • Support day to day showroom operation, promotion and trade activities

  • Execute sales plan to achieve sales target  

  • Conduct brand & product presentation, product training, cooking demo to customers

  • Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned

  • Location: Kwun Tong

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary School or above

  • At least 2 years experience in retail or consumer appliance industry is a definite advantage

  • Initiative, Passion and cooking lovers is highly preferred

  • Results-oriented, proactive, customer focus and excellent communication skills

  • Computer literacy with good proficiency in MS Office/Google

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
