Online Shopping Process
Customers enjoy shopping at Whirlpool HK Official Website with few steps:
  • Login at Whirlpool HK Official Website.
  • Browse or search your favourite product(s).
  • Select quantity and click "Add to Cart" to add the product(s) to your shopping basket.
  • Click "My Cart" on the top right corner when you finish shopping.
  • Amend your shopping cart details if necessary.
  • Choose your desired arrival date and removal service (if applicable). Enter your contact info and delivery details, then select payment method.
  • Confirm the order and the transaction is completed.
  • Upon completing the transaction, you will receive an email confirming the order with all the transaction details.

If you are a registered member of "Whirlpool Club", you can also click "My Account > My Orders" to view your order details.
Payment Method
Whirlpool HK Official Website accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayMe for payment.

"12-month Interest-free Instalment Plan"
The option of interest-free instalment plan is only applicable to purchase of brand new Whirlpool appliances (Display Products excluded), WPro product care series or accessories on our official website. Customers can apply this instalment plan on a single transaction of HK$1,500 or above, and the transaction must be settled by a designated personal credit card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC). 14-day Product Exchange Guarantee
Products purchased at Whirlpool HK Official Website will be entitled to a "14-day Product Exchange Guarantee". If you believe your product is defective, scratched or malfunctioned and you are eligible to exchange your product, you can exchange your product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product (based on the date of signing the acknowledgement of receipt). All products can only be exchanged, but not returned or refunded.

Exchange Criteria
  • Only one exchange request can be made on each product. The request should be applied within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product by presenting a valid purchase invoice/order confirmation.
  • Product(s) must be exchanged only with the same model.
  • Product(s) must come with its original packing.
  • All parts, accessories, user manual, warranty card (blank) are intact and returned together with the product(s).
  • The following items are non-exchangeable:

Exchange Procedure
If Whirlpool Hong Kong determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is eligible for an exchange, customers have to submit an exchange request within 14 calendar days from the day the product(s) are received and make sure that the product(s) meets the requirements for exchange criteria. Should the customers submit the exchange request exceeding 14 calendar days of goods received, we will not be able to process and reserve the right to reject such exchange request.
  • Contact our customer service via hotline 2406 9138 or email cs@whirlpool.com.hk for any exchange request. Please inform us of your exchange product(s) and reason.
  • We will arrange a technician to have an onsite inspection in order to check whether the product(s) is defective, damaged or malfunction (valid only for large domestic appliances that are suitable for on-site inspection. Except for small domestic appliances, customers need to carry in to our customer service center for inspection).
  • Upon inspection and confirmation to accept your exchange request, we will arrange our delivery team to exchange the product(s).

In case of any disputes, Whirlpool (HK) Limited reserves the right of final decision and amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

Delivery Service Arrangement
Delivery Charge
  • Any purchase of Whirlpool appliances via our official website will include Free In-Home delivery. Our Free-In Home delivery service covers majority of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay** included - surcharge applies). Our service does not cover Hong Kong's outlying islands (such as Cheung Chau and Lantau Island etc), other remote areas and Macau. **For customers requesting delivery to Discovery Bay, our customer service representatives will contact you directly for arrangements. Additional fee will apply.
  • Delivery of specific product accessories and W-Pro products care series at $40. Delivery fee will be waived when order is placed together with an appliance.
  • Some specific product accessories will be delivered via SF Express, while the delivery fee will be paid directly by the customer to SF Express (Cash on delivery). This delivery charge will be calculated based on the weight / size of your purchased product(s). For details, please refer to the SF Express website 順豐速遞網站 . In this case, delivery fee will not be waived when order is placed together with an appliance. Whirlpool has no right or liability on the fee charged by SF Express.

Hardship Fee
Standard size appliances
  • For buildings without the accommodation of lift or elevators, a hardship fee will be charged at HK$30 per floor per product.
  • For upward delivery at stairs before entering lift lobby / outside premise / village house / car park, first 6 steps will be waived, and HK$30 will be charged thereafter for every 10 stairs (less than 10 stairs will be counted as 10 stairs)
  • Delivery by means of moving trolley to house/car park - waived for first 50 metres, HK$55 will be charged thereafter for every 50 metres distance.
Ultra large Appliances (Refers to washing machines, dryers, washer dryers with width > 27" and refrigerators with width > 35")
  • A hardship fee will be charged at HK$115 per floor per product.
  • For upward delivery at stairs before entering lift lobby / outside premise / village house / car park, first 6 steps will be waived, and HK$115 will be charged thereafter for every 10 stairs (less than 10 stairs will be counted as 10 stairs)
  • Delivery by means of moving trolley to house/car park - waived for first 50 metres, HK$55 will be charged thereafter for every 50 metres distance.

Delivery Arrangement
  • In-Home Delivery Service (Applicable to ALL appliances, WPro product care series and specific product accessories)
    • For delivery of appliances, our customer service representatives will contact you for delivery arrangement after order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Typically, your order(s) will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
    • All other delivery arrangements, including WPro product care series and product accessories, customers can select their desired delivery date. Unless necessary, there will not be separate follow-up calls before the delivery.
    • All purchased product(s) should be delivered within 4 weeks after order placement. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge HK$100 storage fee per month on each product.
    • Delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays will be suspended. Delivery time may be affected by traffic conditions and public holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter).
    • Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
    • If customers fail to take delivery within 6 months after the date of purchase, no further arrangements can be made. Whirlpool HK reserves the right to handle the purchased product(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice.
  • SF Express Delivery Service (Applicable to specific product accessories)
    • Once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed, unless necessary, there will not be separate follow-up calls on the order confirmation.
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. We will then deliver your purchased product(s) to the SF warehouse within 3-5 working days.
    • Once the product(s) are ready for pick up, SF Express will notify you via SMS.
    • Please follow the instructions to pick up the package. Late pick-up will incur additional charges.

Change of Delivery
  • For any delivery changes, please call our customer service hotline 2406 9138 to contact the customer service representative. Our service hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).
  • No changes of delivery arrangement is allowed for delivery handled by SF Express.

Service Details
  • The service is to be supplied with the same time professional delivery, dismantle, installation and disposal on the same date, and is valid only for customers purchasing selected products and models in selected stores.


Service Area
  • Delivery service covers the majority of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, and does not cover Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong's outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau, other remote areas and Macau.

Hardship Fee and Others
