  1. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or above and the provided information and documents are true and correct.
  2. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Whirlpool Club membership agreements ("the Agreements") and amendment thereto as Whirlpool (HK) Ltd. stipulates from time to time and Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance copies of which will be available upon request.
  3. I understand that in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Whirlpool (Hong Kong) Ltd and Consumer Appliances Service Limited (wholly owned by Whirlpool (Hong Kong) Ltd), any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides services to Whirlpool group in connection with the operation of the business will continue using channels such as mail, e-mail, telephone, SMS and digital message with my personal information (including my name and contact information) in order to keep me informed of the latest products and services.
  4. I understand that from time to time, it is necessary for members to supply Whirlpool (HK) Ltd. with data in connection with the privilege(s) and services. Failure to supply such data may result in Whirlpool (HK) Ltd. being unable to provide the redemption services.
